Mr. Argaman, an Israeli native, arrived in New York in 2010 after completing 3 years of military service as a combat paramedic. Having read Mr. Robert Kiyosaki’s Poor Dad Rich Dad, Mr. Argaman was determined to build a successful career in real estate.
Mr. Argaman started his career with Douglas Elliman as a licensed real estate agent focusing on apartment rentals and later advancing to selling Condominiums. Mr. Argaman gained valuable knowledge and experience and built an impressive network of buyers and investors.
In 2014, Mr. Argaman joined an investment group in the Bronx, heading their sales operations. Mr. Argaman specialized in short sales, loan workouts, credit repair, foreclosures, and mortgages. In 2016, Mr. Argaman advanced to manage the acquisitions and development operations providing him with a ‘Womb to Tomb’ deep understanding of the real estate investment cycle.
In 2018, Mr. Argaman joined 5 Boro Real Estate Partners, to venture into commercial real estate and further advance his career. Mr. Argaman manages lead generation, broker relationships, and is involved with all aspects of the acquisition process.
Mr. Regev has been developing residential and commercial real estate in New York City since year 2000. As a full-time real estate developer Mr. Regev has gained extensive experience in real estate through the acquisition, financing, development, investment and sales of dozens of real estate projects over the last 20 years.
Prior to forming 5 Boro Real Estate Partners, Mr. Regev owned, developed and sold over 350 properties in the New York Metro area in different geographies and across multiple sectors and asset classes.
Mr. Regev started his career as a home builder in Queens and is currently involved in large-scale commercial developments focusing on the retail, educational and medical sectors.
Mr. Regev holds an MBA degree from Fordham University in New York, and BSc in Economics from Warwick University in England.
